The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Rider”, “Client,” “Member,” “Visitor,” “You,” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We” and “Us” refers to our Company (AMEANSPINN). “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us,” refers to both the Client and ourselves, either the Client or Ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance or consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect to the Company’s stated services and products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing Maryland State Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

The AMEANSPINN website allows clients to receive information about AMEANSPINN, as well as reserve, cancel, and pay for services and products offered at AMEANSPINN facilities. The services offered by AMEANSPINN include but are not limited to the https://www.ameanspinn.com website, which is hosted in the United States.

AMEANSPINN is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy discloses what personally identifiable information is collected from you through our website (https://www.ameanspinn.com), how it is used, and with whom it may be shared. It also outlines the choices available to you regarding the use of your data and the security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

We at AMEANSPINN are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. This information includes names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card information, etc. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order etc.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about classes, events, or announcements, or changes to this privacy policy.

If you use this website, you are responsible for keeping your account and password information confidential and restricting access to your computer. You also agree to accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please sign off when you are finished using a shared computer.

REGISTRATION

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Registration of minors (ages 13-18) must be completed in person at one of our studios with a parent or legal guardian present. If we learn any personal information has been submitted to the website from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as reasonably possible. AMEANSPINN does not seek or share personal information from minors through this website.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may register on our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian as well as a waiver signed in person at one of our AMEANSPINN locations.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents, and contractors who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of future marketing mailings. We use industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including the use of firewalls and secure sockets layer software where appropriate.

AMEANSPINN reserves the right to refuse, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. When you visit AMEANSPINN or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and therefore consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

PAYMENT

1. By signing/and or Purchasing this Agreement, you authorize AMEANSPINN INDOOR CYCLING to electronically deduct monthly dues, fees and charges (if any), for any and all balances due monthly, which may vary from month-to-month, from your account each month and continuing until your membership is terminated or cancelled after fulfilling your obligations (and remaining dues, fees and charges owed by you in connection with your membership throughout the effective date of termination or cancellation are deducted or you advise, in writing within 30 days before a payment is owed, AMEANSPINN INDOOR CYCLING to discontinue automatic payments. In order to Cancel monthly recurring fees, member must be current in all payments, having a zero balance. 

2. You also, acknowledge and agree to the following:
 i. You are financially responsible to pay any amounts owed in connection with your membership.
 ii. In the event your credit card is declined due to a change in expiration date you authorize AMEANSPINN INDOOR CYCLING and its payment processors to re-process your payment using an expiration date updater program. This re-processing may occur on any date within the month.
 iii. Expiration or cancellation of your credit card, or other means of automatic payment, does not cancel your membership.
 iv. I understand that a $25 handling charge will be assessed on all declined automatic payment transactions. I understand that class accessories such as cycling shoes are not included in this monthly fee. I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit/debit card, or an authorized signer.
 v. If you fail to pay any dues or balances for thirty days past their due date(s), then your membership may be suspended by AMEANSPINN INDOOR CYCLING. If you then make all required payments, your membership may be reinstated by AMEANSPINN.
 vi. If you default on any financial or monetary obligation of this Agreement, then AMEANSPINN will be entitled to all cost of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. If any defaults remain outstanding for more than 30 days, AMEANSPINN INDOOR CYCLING will turn your account over to a collection agency and take other action to collect any unpaid amounts.
3. If class packs have not been used, all purchases for classes expire within expired given months of the date purchased. You shall not be relieved of the obligation to make payments on packages purchased despite their expiration.

**Late fees: If you do not have a working card on file, your account will be temporarily frozen until you update the card on file, at which time the late cancel fee will be charged, and your account will be resinstated.

COOKIES

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to login a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

SURVEYS & CONTESTS

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether to participate or not, and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

LATE CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY

To cancel your reservation in a AMEANSPINN class you must cancel online or call the studio (and speak to a live person).

To unreserve your class WITHOUT PENALTY, you must go online or call the studio no later than 12 HOURS before your scheduled class. Your class will be returned to your account.

If you do not unreserve your class before the cancellation window (12 HOURS before your scheduled class) or you do not show up for class, CREDIT BUYERS will forfeit the single class from your class package. Clients with an Unlimited Membership will be charged $15 for any late cancellations (within 12 hours) and will be charged the current Single Credit (non-discounted) “Drop-in” $25, price for each “No-show” (when you are registered for the class, but did not show up for the scheduled class).

You cannot unreserve or late cancel a class through email, voicemail, text message, and/or direct messaging through Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. YOU MUST UNRESERVE THROUGH THE APP, YOUR ACCOUNT ON OUR WEBSITE OR BY CALLING THE STUDIO and speaking to a member of our team…

1. Cancel 12 (or more) hours before class: NO CHARGE

2. Cancel less thank 12 hours before class: CHARGE

Get the message?

That 12 hour window makes a big difference. Our new policy on holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’ Day) will continue as follows: every person to late cancel will be charged a $25 fee. That’s right, no matter if you have a drop-in, package, or membership, it’s $25 if you late cancel. We really don’t want to do that to you (or your wallet), so please cancel ahead of time or even better… show up to class! We appreciate your understanding – and we are so grateful to be able to spend holidays with you all.

You are solely responsible for managing your reservations and for cancelling classes within the framework of our cancellation policy. If you book multiple classes or are on the waitlist for multiple classes, you are solely responsible for canceling your classes within our cancellation policy. If you reserve a class by accident, or double book a class, or double book yourself on the waitlist, AMEANSPINN is not held responsible. Please be aware that we release bikes 5 minutes before the start of class to those on the waitlist. If you are running late, please CALL the studio and speak with AMEANSPINN staff to ensure that we hold your bike. AMEANSPINN staff will add walk-in waitlisted riders in the order in which they were added to the waitlist by the computer system, top to bottom, 5 minutes before the start of class. There is no waitlist priority given for early arrival. To switch bikes in the same class, you must add your name to the move list at least 6 minutes before class time starts. AMEANSPINN staff will call your name 5 minutes before class if there is an alternate bike available for you to switch to.

BUYING CLASS CREDITS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

When you buy class credits or packages from AMEANSPINN, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Riders agree to keep a credit card on file using their AMEANSPINN account online. By placing a card on file, the cardholder and account holder permits the AMEANSPINN staff to charge the card for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.

MONTHLY PASSES (AUTOPAY)

When purchasing a monthly pass membership from AMEANSPINN, you agree to our terms and conditions in full. Monthly pass riders are required to keep a valid credit card on file using their AMEANSPINN account online. By purchasing a monthly pass membership, the cardholder and account holder permits the AMEANSPINN staff to charge the card every 30-days for their membership fee, and also for any in-studio purchases made by the client unless the client provides an alternate form of payment.

All our monthly passes are available on auto-renewal ONLY. Monthly pass riders are required to keep a valid credit card on file. If your credit card is declined you have a 3 day grace period to make a payment before we freeze your pass. Monthly passes cannot be used to book a guest and are non-transferable. 

CANCELING MEMBERSHIP

After the required commitment has been met and all obligations are fulfilled, All members must fill out our Members Cancellation Form and submit it back 30 days prior to your next billing date. You may now submit your doctors letter and or proof of new residency on the form.

If you wish to cancel a 4 & 6 month membership contract, you must cancel within 30 days of the start of the membership, otherwise if you wish to cancel your membership contract after 30 days, you will be assessed a $250 fee.

We do not allow cancellations for Monthly Term (12 Month) Membership in the first 12 months. After that, you can cancel at anytime with a written notice 30 days prior to your next auto pay.
Membership dues will not be prorated based on the date of cancellation. Membership dues are non-refundable.
Phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, or text message WILL NOT be accepted, it must be sent via email or filling out our cancelation form in studio or certified mail. BY NO MEANS WILL ANYTHING ELSE BE ACCEPTED.

Notice must be provided in-person or via email info@ameanspinn.com.  

Cancelation due to Relocate. 

You may cancel your Plan without penalty If you move more than 40 miles from Ameanspinn of enrollment, you are still required to provide proof of your new residence, in which the distance from Ameanspinn is more than 40 miles (in the form of a utility bill, paycheck, military orders or lease, etc.) 30 day advance written notice before the following billing date, to cancel this agreement.

Cancelation for Medical Reasons. 

You may cancel your Plan at any time (even during your Plan) If you have a documented medical guidance directing you to not perform or engage in any type of physical activity at all or disability which prohibits you from utilizing Ameanspinn and which has no foreseeable end date due to its nature. You must provide sufficient documentation supporting this guidance, mailed or electronically transmitted from the medical professional, and which must include at least the name, physical office address, phone number, email, and professional credentials for the medical professional providing such guidance. Please include your most recent contact information in case we need to follow up with you and or doctor regarding your proof.

Cancellation for Any Other Reason.

You may cancel your Plan at any time (even during your Plan by paying both 1) $250 early termination fee AND 2) the monthly price difference between your enrollment Plan and the next closest (in length) monthly plan. If the plan to be broken is a plan 6 months or less, the next closest plan will be the month-to-month plan’s price for all months you have utilized in your plan.

Fair Priced Breakdown:

The fair price breakdown is utilized to value a faire price for terminating the heavily discounted long-term Plan. Assume the price difference between a 12 month enrollment and a month-to-month plan is $74 a month. If you have completed 5 months of a 6 month enrollment and wish to terminate your plan you would be responsible for the remining month as payment. In the same scenario, if you chose to break your 12-month plan after only 6-months, you would pay the difference between the12 and 6 month plans times each month you completed. Example $149-$125 = $24 x 6 months of use plus the $250 early termination fee. 

If intent to cancel, member agrees to be automatically billed for any outstanding account balance in relation to the monthly membership obligation and/or package. 

Autopay Contract, Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal:

Contract is ongoing with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless Client cancels with notification by filling out a cancellation form 30 days in advance of the next billing date. Please keep in mind, Ameanspinn has the right to discontinue your contract for any reason at any time.

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees:

You agree to pay Ameanspinn monthly recurring fees as follows: the ongoing unlimited monthly package for the current going rate via Client authorized automatic credit card or checking account ACH charges. Alternatively, you may prepay six or twelve months in advance via any credit card, ACH, bank check or wire transfer. Payment in monthly increments by any means other than Client’s credit card or ACH is not permitted. When entering into the contract, you will be asked to check a box agreeing to the following: (a) I agree to purchase the ongoing unlimited monthly package for the current going rate, as an automatic charge to my credit card, or automatic debit to my checking account each month ongoing until client fills out a 30 day cancellation notice. (b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card, or an authorized signer on the bank checking account detailed below. (c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card or checking account payment fails to authorize for any reason, that a $10 late/decline fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card or checking account ACH information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date. (d) I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late. (e) I understand that I will be charged $10 each time I cannot attend a class that I have pre-registered for and do not cancel within the 12 hour cancellation window.

For military orders, relocation or medical reasons:

The early termination fee is waived, but the fair price valuation remains in place and payment will be deducted.

REFUND POLICY

We do NOT provide refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships. Retail items returned within 7 days (14 days for online orders) of purchase, tags attached, can be exchanged or refunded to the same payment method.

HEIGHT REQUIREMENT

Riders must be at least 4’ 11” to take classes at AMEANSPINN.

BIKE ROOM CONDITIONS

AMEANSPINN is an intense workout. We combine rhythm-based choreography, high intensity intervals, and upper body sculpting exercises in class. Please consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise regimen. The temperature in the room ranges from 70-85 degrees depending on the quantity of riders in the room and indoor/outdoor weather conditions. Loud music will be played in class that may contain explicit language. If you are sensitive to heat or explicit music, please talk to a AMEANSPINN staff and we will recommend which instructors to take class with.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

“Ameanspinn” and “AMEANSPINN” and other graphics, logos, designs, headers, footers, are service marks or trademarks of AMEANSPINN LLC and cannot be used for any other reason other than as expressly permitted by these terms. You have the right to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of this website for the sole purpose of reserving classes and other personal use. Any other use of the materials on this website without prior written permission of AMEANSPINN are strictly prohibited.

WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

The information provided by AMEANSPINN (“we”, “us”, or “our” on www.ameanspinn.com (the “Site”)) and our mobile application is for general information purpose only. All information on the Site and our mobile application is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information on the Site or our mobile application. WAIVER

AMEANSPINN is a boutique fitness studio with an intention to generate sweat, movement, and human connection through community-based training. Our classes are a high-intensity, 45 to 75-minute class combining rhythm-based choreography, high-intensity intervals, and upper body strength training. On Demand classes range from 10 to 60 minutes of high-intensity indoor cycling and strength training work. Every ride/class is a unique, full-body workout sequenced with music to elevate your mind-body experience. We’re lead by athletic and dynamic instructors who curate a unique sequence and playlist every class to challenge you and transform your body and mind. Everything we do, we do to FIND YOUR WHY THROUGH THIS JOURNEY!

SIGN-UPS

Unlimited Memberships can reserve classes up to 14 days in advance. Credit buyers can reserve class up to 7 days in advance. To sign-up, purchase a single class or a class series and book a bike online, in-studio, or give us a call. No one CANNOT TAKE A CLASS WITHOUT PAYMENT, NOR SHOW UP WHILE CLASS IS IN SESSION WITHOUT BOOKING.

CANCELLATIONS

We value accountability! If you book a bike, be sure you can show up for class. As a courtesy to our team and community, we charge late cancellations and no show fees. If you need to cancel your bike, please cancel 12 or more hours before your scheduled class - this includes waitlisted clients. You can cancel online, in- studio, or give us a call. If you late cancel or no show, you will forfeit the class credit. Unlimited members will be charged $15 for late cancels, If you do not cancel and do not show up to your class, For all No-shows the current “non-discounted” drop-in rate for a no-show will be debited from your card on file $26.50

The no-show charge applies to ALL packages, regardless of unlimited status or package pricing.

All bookings must adhere to AMEANSPINN policies including those booked or purchased through a third party such as ClassPass, FitReserve, Groupon, Gilt, etc.

ARRIVE EARLY

Arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts and let our Studio Staff know you are a new rider so we can introduce you to our studio and class method.

SIGN-IN

Be sure to let us know when you arrive! Your bike will be released to riders on the waitlist approximately 5 minutes before class begins. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know you are on the way. Our front desk team will hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after class begins, although we cannot guarantee it will be the same one you signed up for. As a courtesy to your instructor and your fellow riders, if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class begins, you will not be allowed in class — it disrupts the class vibe.

LATE ARRIVALS

Bikes will be released to riders on the waitlist 2 minutes before class begins. If you are running late, please call the studio and let us know you are on the way. The spin room doors will be closed 1 minute before class starts at which point late arrivals will not be permitted. 

FOR RIDERS LEAVING EARLY

We discourage leaving class early and want to hold our community accountable to the class and class length they signed up for as the length of the class is always indicated. However, in the event that you have to leave early, please let your instructor know before class starts.

WAITLISTING

If a class is full, you can choose to be added to our waitlist. If you get a spot, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you get a spot within 12 hours of the scheduled class, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee if you cannot make the class.

Consumer’s Right to Cancellation

We do not allow cancellations for Monthly Membership in the first 6 months. After that, you can cancel at anytime upon written request.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not provide refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships. If you have remaining credits that you do not wish to use, we would be happy to help you gift them to a guest before they expire.

Gift Certificate and Gift Cards

In addition to classes and series of classes, you can also buy a gift certificate. AMEANSPINN’S gift certificates are called “gift cards”. Gift cards never expire and the person that you are giving them to can use his or her gift card(s) to buy classes or to buy any kind of merchandise. Once a class is purchased using a gift card, it will expire, just like any other class you buy.

Gift cards and classes are not the same thing. Unlike gift cards or gift certificates, classes are for our rides/classes only. You cannot give classes to another as a gift. When you buy a class, you are only entitled to use that class to book a bike in a particular studio at a particular time. You cannot redeem your class for cash and you cannot transfer it to another rider or community member.

Classes do expire. The expiration dates are posted in the description of the class or series of classes on the Website. If, however, you get jammed up and cannot book a ride/class in time, just give us a call, stop by the studio, or e-mail us and we can help you.

Future class prices are subject to change, but AMEANSPINN will honor your class or series of classes until the expiration date, regardless of whether there is a price increase in the interim. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Cash payments may only be made in a WAVE studio. You can reserve classes online up to 1 week in advance (Sunday at noon through the following Sunday), but not later than 1 hour prior to class time.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you buy your class or series of classes, not when you book your bike. AMEANSPINN will not process charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will try to contact you if this occurs. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that AMEANSPINN may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

This RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (“Release”) is made to release and indemnify AMEANSPINN (shall be referred to hereafter as “AMEANSPINN”), a Maryland limited liability company, and all of its respective members, employees, heirs, successors, agents, contractors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”).

The undersigned, on his/her own behalf or, if applicable, as the parent or guardian of a minor (the person engaged in the activities with AMEANSPINN shall be referred to hereafter as the “Participant”), and on behalf of the undersigned’s heirs, successors, representatives and assigns (singularly and collectively the “Releasing Parties”), hereby grants the Released parties this full release and indemnification as consideration in exchange for permitting Participant to participate in this exercise program or any other activity associated with or through the Released Parties.

Participant is entering into this Release after having viewed or having the opportunity to view the studio and instructors' qualifications and having had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the services and risks associated with this exercise program. Participant further acknowledges that his/her participation in the activity is voluntary with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the risk inherent in any physical exercise and expressly assumes all risk of injury and even death, which could occur by reason of Participant’s participation.

Despite all known and unknown risks, including but not limited to bodily injury (including death) and property loss or damage, the undersigned, on behalf of the Releasing Parties, hereby releases, waives, acquits and forever discharges any and all known or unknown claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses that the Releasing Parties may ever have or have had against the Released Parties arising out of Participant’s participation in any activity or exercise program offered by the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, any and all claims which alleged negligent acts and/or omissions committed by Released Parties or any third party.

By signing, I acknowledge and agree that I should consult any medical practitioner prior to participating in any actives with AMEANSPINN studio or using its facilities, especially if I had, have, or develop a serious health condition, including but not limited to stroke, lupus, hernia, numbness in the extremities, orthopedic condition, heart condition, asthma, breathing problems, faintness, dizziness, loss of balance, recent injury/surgery/concussion, or current pregnancy.

The Releasing Parties further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, the Released Parties from any and all claims arising out of the Participant’s participation in any activity or exercise program offered by the Released Parties or in the use of any equipment at the Verve Studios studio or any other premises owned, leased or used by the Released Parties, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the Released Parties.

All personal property brought to the studio or any other location where the Participant is participating in any activity or exercise program offered by the Released Parties, is brought at the sole risk of the Participant as to its theft, damage, or loss. The Released Parties are not responsible for any items left at the AMEANSPINN studio or any other premises owned, leased, or used by the Released Parties.

Participant hereby permits the Released Parties to use, without compensation or royalties, images or video of Participant as a program participant, including but not limited to its social media or web-based materials, broadcast and print advertising, and websites produced and published by the Released Parties. All such materials are deemed property of the Released Parties.

Participant expressly agrees that the terms of the release and indemnity contained herein are intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of Maryland. Any provision of this Release found to be invalid by the courts having jurisdiction shall be invalid only with respect to such provision or portion and the remainder shall be enforced to the greatest extent possible. Furthermore, any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration.

Participant agrees to maintain current credit card information on file and authorizes AMEANSPINN to charge the credit card on file for the payment of services and fees. This credit card is kept on file and will remain in effect until the expiration of the credit card account.

We will not seek, use, or disseminate any information from unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure. These files are confidential and will only be used by the studio to better support your needs.

PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE IMAGES & RECORDINGS OF PHYSICAL LIKENESS

The rights of your image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration for any class that is designated as being recorded for Ameanspinn's Live and/or On Demand video platform, in its advertisements, marketing materials, website, and social media pages. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.

NON-RECORDING OF LIVE/ON DEMAND CLASSES: 

Any type of recording or transmission of any live AMEANSPINN classes or activities, whether in person or online, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of an authorized representative of AMEANSPINN. AMEANSPINN instructors are not authorized to provide consent. Any violation of this policy is grounds for exclusion from participation in any AMEANSPINN activities. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMEANSPINN, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and instructors, from and against any claims, lawsuits or other actions, and all resulting loss, damage or cost of any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), resulting from your violation of this policy.


ON DEMAND CLASSES & VIDEO RECORDING

In an effort to provide content for our on-demand product, guests may appear in recorded videos of classes. These videos are solely created with the intent to provide exercise content to guests within our online community via a private site only accessible through a paywall and will not be shared elsewhere without the expressed consent of both AMEANSPINN and the guest(s) that appear in the video.

Revised Terms and Conditions

Ameanspinn may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS AND VOLUNTARILY AGREES TO THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
