What prior experience is required in order to audition? Do I need any certifications?
No prior experience or certifications are required in order for you to audition. We believe in developing talent, not simply hiring it upfront! If you value fitness, have an understanding of musicality, love people and desire to make a difference, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty and work hard you have what it takes to become an instructor at AMEANSPINN.
+ AMEANSPINN CYCLE INSTRUCTOR - PART TIME
Ameanspinn classes engage riders in full body, rhythm-based fitness experiences. AMEANSPINN classes are designed to create a sense of community amongst riders while pushing them towards their athletic, fitness and health goals. Ameanspinn instructors are essential to creating a mental connection and inspirational experience for our riders. As our studio continues to grow, we are looking for inspiring leaders in the fitness industry that have the ability to teach engaging, motivating, and powerful rhythm-based classes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in 6 hours of Ameanspinn training
For 3 weeks, we require you to ride in Ameanspinn classes 3-5 times each week
After completing the training program, you will be required to teach a minimum of 2 classes each week
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to teach, count on beat, and distinguish how a rhythm ride is most effective in class
Ability to teach an infectious, intense rhythm ride
Ability to inspire riders
Superior interpersonal skills
Personal passion for fitness and health
Positive attitude
Open to receiving feedback and acting on feedback received
Available to work flexible/non-traditional hours (including WEEKENDS and some holidays)

Candidates must have their own reliable source of music access. (Ex: laptop, iPad, iPod )
All candidates must be proficient in iTunes & Spotify and have basic computer skills.
+ FRONT DESK/CONCIERGE
The FRONT DESK GREETER/ CONCIERGE is a key role in establishing a relationship with our studio customers and visitors. This person welcomes students into the studio and sets the tone for their experience. The successful candidate must love being involved with customers, enjoy selling products and deliver consistently strong customer service. Person must be an energetic team player with a positive attitude to help the students have a positive experience and help the studio run as efficiently and effectively as possible. Customer Service
Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing (event, workshops,Teacher Training, Retail) as well as competitive products to actively promote and sell ours to all visitors (including giving tours) Meet and exceed sales goals as established by Manager(s) and effectively launch new students with smart/effective schedule to meet consumer’s personal goals while juggling their schedules to find a habit-forming pattern of studio usage Welcome all visitors according to our Customer Service standards; answer telephone promptly and courteously Assist customere with Check-in into class/workshop/etc through software system (MindBody Online or equivalent software) Assist students by guiding them through our programs and answering their questions (or find the answers to questions if not known) Ensure all students complete all paperwork/forms as appropriate Studio Operations
Keep common areas neat and clean: prepare tea area, clean studio rooms, empty trash and tidy props between classes efficiently and quickly Work with studio staff to support the financial goals and operational needs of the studio Report any issues per our procedures Keep the retail area looking great which includes keeping it clean and re-merchandising products to attract customer’s attention. Receive and transfer merchandise as appropriate. Pro-actively watch for theft to avoid shrinkage. Follows and upholds Employee Handbook and all other guidelines including but not limited to: Customer Service Guidelines, Dress Code Guidelines, Core Values, etc. Any other tasks required to help company meet its goals
+ MARKETING MANAGER
The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the Ameanspinn Indoor Cycling studio. This includes, but is not limited to, executing the vision, leadership, imagery, and the positive culture set by the Owners. The Studio Manager drives the business to excel, while promoting an outstanding studio experience for all staff and customers. The Studio Manager will be additionally responsible for cultivating outreach programs between the community and the studio, as well as corporate wellness initiatives, and on brand business partnerships. The candidate will manage the day to day staff and class instructors, thus creating, incorporating, and executing a team modelled environment is essential to the role. This is a high-profile position, that will report directly to the Owners.
