Referral Program Terms & Conditions:
In order to be eligible for the Referral Program, referred customers must make a minimum purchase of $45 in classes on the www.ameanspinn.com website. Please note that any gift cards, promotional or coupon codes will not count towards this minimum purchase of $45.
Referring customers will receive $20 in Ameanspinn credits (the "Referral Reward") for each referred customer who makes a minimum purchase of $45 in class credits. The Referral Reward will appear in the member's web account and may be applied to future purchases of classes only.
Referral Rewards will NOT, under any circumstances, be applied retroactively to existing Ameanspinn customers.
In order to be eligible for the Referral Program, friends referred must have never purchased Ameanspinn classes (i.e. those without a pre-existing Ameanspinn accounts).
In order for the referring customer to receive the Referral Reward, the referred customer must sign up using the referring customer’s custom referral link. If the referred customer does not sign up through the referring customer’s custom referral link, the referring customer will not receive the Referral Reward.
Customer agrees that having multiple Ameanspinn accounts is a flagrant violation of these Terms of Service. Sending Email Invites to alternate email addresses or accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent the Ameanspinn Referral Program system may, without limiting any other Ameanspinn rights or remedies, result in forfeiture of customer's membership, credits and all Referral Rewards in customer's account.
Customers may not purchase a gift card or Ameanspinn merchandise as qualifying purchases for the Referral Program.
Ameanspinn expressly reserves all rights to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice to its customers.
